I was here for 1 month, and I really enjoyed my stay. The building is modern, located in a nice local neighborhood, and has a great rooftop with pool. The neighborhood is relatively quiet because its a few blocks further from the beach and super touristy areas, which worked out really well for me. I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Playa.
I'd been in Playa for 6 days and there I stayed at Iris Studios. The flat was tidy and well fitted out. The structure was closed to the center of Playa where all the services and shops are at your disposal. The swimming pool on the roof of the house with its water cascade was charming. The owner was agreeable and his assistance was prompt. 5a Avenida is 10 min from the apartment. Bus to the airport and for other destinations are easily available. I'll certainly go back!
